The project targets the expansion and development of existing infrastructure through the construction of several buildings with distinct functions within the site.
The proposed interventions include the extension of Pavilion A and the construction of new buildings for production workshops, storage, vehicle sheds, parking, and a mobile fueling station—each designed with modern, energy-efficient structures tailored to their intended use.
The works also include vertical systematization, including the development of parking areas and the reconstruction of internal fencing.
The result of the investment will be a modernized functional complex adapted to current and future operational needs.
