New Administrative Pavilion – Military Barracks 727 Borcea

The project provides for the construction of a new administrative pavilion, along with complementary infrastructure works necessary for its operation: extension of utility networks (electric power, thermal agent, cold water, sanitary and stormwater drainage), exterior lighting, roads, platforms, and a dedicated parking area.
A transformer station and a low-voltage backup generator are also planned to ensure continuity of power supply.
These investments contribute to the functional development of the facility and to the creation of a modern operational environment aligned with current efficiency and safety standards.
