The project involves the vertical extension of an existing building by adding a new administrative structure with a height regime of GF+1F+2–4 recessed floors and a technical floor, built above the current basement level.
The new facility will accommodate administrative and technical functions, including spaces for surveillance and coordination activities, offices, meeting rooms, training areas, as well as amenities for personnel – locker rooms, restrooms, resting areas, and a dining zone.
The layout is designed to meet modern operational requirements, focusing on the integration of advanced technologies and efficient use of the existing space. This vertical development enhances the functional capacity without occupying additional land surface.
