Rehabilitation and Modernization of Building C5 – Vâlcea County Emergency Hospital

The project focuses on the rehabilitation, modernization, and equipment of Building C5 within the Vâlcea County Emergency Hospital. The proposed works aim at strengthening the structural integrity of the building components, taking into account their varying seismic risk levels, and ensuring compliance with current technical and operational standards.

The project includes both interior and exterior modernization works to meet legal requirements regarding safety, accessibility, and hygiene; restoration of elements with historical and architectural value; and energy efficiency improvements.
