The project aims to consolidate and modernize the heating plant pavilion in Military Barracks 2526 Alexandria, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the energy infrastructure. Interventions include structural reinforcement works, complete rehabilitation of interior and exterior finishes, modernization of electrical and thermal installations, and connection to the public natural gas network.
The built area of the pavilion is 90 sqm, and the entire site covers over 4.100 sqm. The electrical systems will support consumption of up to 12 kW, and the new utility networks are designed to meet current technical standards. In addition, the perimeter fencing will be replaced over a length of approximately 1.890 m with a new metal system offering enhanced protection.
This investment provides a modern, safe, and functional framework adapted to the unit’s technical and operational needs.
