Military Barracks 862 Reghin

The project targets the rehabilitation and modernization of four pavilions located within Military Barracks 862, in a wooded area near the Mociar Forest Nature Reserve.
The buildings, constructed between 1943 and 1978, are in an advanced state of degradation and require extensive interventions.
The proposed works include structural reinforcement, modernization of existing spaces, thermal rehabilitation, functional reconfiguration of interior areas, and utility connections.
Through these investments, the pavilions will be brought to an adequate operational standard, ensuring proper conditions for use.
